Schnader a Proud Sponsor of Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic 4th Angel Capital Expo

Schnader is sponsoring the Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic 4th Angel Capital Expo, which will take place on Wednesday, October 26 from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. at Drexel University in Philadelphia. The forum brings together early stage companies, accredited angel investors, venture capital principals, and private and family wealth professionals to foster collaboration. Attendees will hear from twelve early stage companies representing investment opportunities in technology, healthcare and life sciences, consumer products, energy/green technology, and real estate. Following the presentations, attendees will vote, awarding the top three presenting companies the “Most Valued Company” award. Partner and co-chair of Schnader’s Emerging Companies Practice Group Elliot Dater will attend.

The Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic (K4-MA) is a regional chapter of the global angel investor network with more than 1500 accredited investor members throughout 39 chapters on four continents. K4-MA meets monthly in Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Pittsburgh, and New York to present rigorously screened candidates for investments. Schnader hosts the organization’s monthly meetings in Pittsburgh.
