Schnader Advises Valley Pool Sales Regarding Acquisition by Large National Pool Retailer

Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP served as counsel to Valley Pool Sales Inc. in connection with its acquisition by Leslie’s Poolmart Inc., the nation’s largest retailer of swimming pool and spa supplies, services and repairs. The transaction closed in January 2018. The transaction involved the purchase of the five retail locations of Valley, and the retention of all the employees of Valley including all mangers.  See this local news coverage.
