Schnader Announces New Leadership Roles

Kelson will chair the group and counsel Courtney Devon Taylor will serve as vice-chair. Both are accomplished litigators who focus their practices on securities litigation and complex commercial litigation.
Bruce represents clients in securities class action and shareholder derivative litigation, internal investigations, and SEC and other regulatory investigations and proceedings. His clients span a range of industries including financial services, real estate, venture capital, sports and fitness, software and technology, among others. He is resident in the firm’s San Francisco and New York offices.
Courtney’s work in the securities arena includes: representing a leading foreign energy firm in a U.S. securities class action involving allegations of improper accounting; representing an executive in a merger challenge by shareholders; representing a hedge fund preferred shareholder in a dispute regarding the breach of a share purchase agreement; and representing public companies before the SEC and FINRA. She is resident in the firm’s Philadelphia and Cherry Hill offices.
