Schnader Appellate Team Secures Precedential Decision for Delaware Inmate

A team of Schnader attorneys secured an important appellate victory for a Delaware inmate seeking redress for injuries caused by a now-deceased Delaware prison guard. The Third Circuit’s precedential decision clarifies the law under Rule 25 of the Rules of Civil Procedure regarding substitution of parties upon the death of a defendant.
