Schnader Attorneys’ Articles Selected for ABA Anthology on Depositions

On February 28, 2006 by Schnader in Litigation

An article co-authored by Schnader attorneys Dennis R. Suplee and Diana S. Donaldson titled “Reconstructing Reality: Preparing the Deponent to Testify,” was selected by the American Bar Association for inclusion in a new anthology on depositions to be published by the ABA Section of Litigation this spring. Additionally, an article authored solely by Ms. Donaldson, “Deposition Essentials: New Basics for Old Masters,” was also selected for inclusion in the new anthology. Both articles have previously been published by Litigation, the magazine for the ABA Section of Litigation. Litigation is published four times a year and offers practical information on common problems and interests for the lawyers who try cases and the judges who decide them.

Mr. Suplee served as chairman of Schnader from 1992 to 1998, and has handled a wide range of civil litigation in his time with the firm, including: complex antitrust litigation; cases involving international air rights; cases related to the Americans with Disabilities Act and CERCLA; patent infringement issues; product liability cases; and, criminal defense work. Ms. Donaldson, managing partner of the Firm and of the Philadelphia Office, has a diverse litigation practice that includes commercial disputes and insurance coverage on behalf of insureds. She has handled cases at the trial and appellate levels. Additionally, she serves as the co-chair of the Firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
