Schnader Attorneys Noted in Article Detailing the Search for a New U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania

Elizabeth Ainslie and Jim Eisenhower, both partners in the Firm’s Philadelphia office, were mentioned in a September 17 Legal Intelligencer article titled “Short List Growing Shorter for Potential U.S. Attorneys.” The process of selecting the next U.S. Attorney for each of Pennsylvania’s three federal districts is nearing completion, and sources have said that diversity concerns are a driving force in the final stages. Because two white males have emerged as the finalists for the posts in the Western and Middle districts, sources said, there is speculation that the nominee in the Eastern District will be a minority or a woman or both. Ms. Ainslie and Mr. Eisenhower are among the six women and six men that have emerged as the leading contenders for the Eastern District nomination.
