Schnader Lawyers Fight Abuse of Legal Process

On June 19, 2006, Bruce Merenstein, Paul Titus, and Judge Arlin Adams were mentioned for their representation of the Honorable Ralph Cappy, Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, in an article in The Philadelphia Inquirer, “Legal Fees in Pay-Raise Suits Pile Up.” The article discusses the continued accumulation of heavy legal fees imposed upon taxpayers to defend all three branches of government including lawmakers, a Supreme Court justice, and Gov. Edward G. Rendell against legal challenges arising from the unpopular legislative pay raise.
