Schnader Names Scott Wenner New York Managing Partner

Schnader is pleased to announce that Scott J. Wenner has been appointed Managing Partner of the Firm’s New York, N.Y., office. He succeeds Christine Carty, who has held the position with distinction since 2003.

Scott is committed to further strengthening the office’s already impressive service in New York while expanding the firm’s reach to clients and businesses in the region.”

Prior to becoming managing partner, Scott served as chair of Schnader’s Labor and Employment Practices Group since joining the firm in 2005 until late 2013. He is co-chair of the firm’s International Group. Mr. Wenner represents employers across industry lines and across borders on a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including trials and appeals, and advice and counsel on compliance and preventive strategies.

Mr. Wenner speaks frequently before audiences in the United States and abroad. He has presented on several employment discrimination topics to workshops on employment discrimination law for federal judges sponsored annually by The New York University School of Law and the Institute for Judicial Administration.
