FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

February 1, 2006 – Philadelphia, PA – Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is proud to announce the opening of its newest office in Wilmington, Delaware.  The new office – with an address of 824 Market Street, Suite 1001, Wilmington, DE 19801 – is part of a focused plan for smart, strategic growth and will support the existing, nationwide network of established Schnader offices by providing additional services and options for both new and existing clients.

“We could not be more excited or more enthusiastic about our firm’s expansion to Wilmington,” said Schnader Chairman Ralph G. Wellington.  “Our Delaware office will allow Schnader to better serve our existing clients and will create new, previously unavailable opportunities to appeal to new clients – and we look forward to doing both.”

Wellington noted that there are numerous advantages for the firm in opening an office in Delaware, including the ability for Schnader attorneys to serve as local counsel for clients in a state that is favorable to corporate entities.  Delaware, the state of incorporation for most of the Fortune 500, is known as a center for corporate and commercial law, primarily through the work of the Delaware Court of Chancery, the national forum of choice for resolving corporate disputes.
