Schnader Supporting Drexel University’s New School of Law
On July 23, 2006 by Schnader in NewsSchnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP will proudly serve as one of 30 inaugural sponsors of the anticipated legal co-op program to be offered by Drexel University School of Law when the school opens to students in August 2006.
Drexel’s School of Law will reflect Drexel’s defining focus on cooperative education with an emphasis on technology, creativity, innovation, strict academic discipline and the utilization of the resources of Philadelphia as a “living laboratory” for students.
Unlike any other law school in the country, Drexel Law will offer each student the opportunity to have at least one six-month co-op with one of the region’s leading employers; this will allow students to obtain both the essential knowledge needed to practice law, and the practical knowledge needed to truly understand the business of law. Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is pleased to announce that it will participate in this ground-breaking program that will nurture the growth of tomorrow’s legal minds by taking a fresh, creative new approach to legal education.
