Schnader is pleased to welcome four new associates, Emily Overfield Daly, Ben C. Fabens-Lassen, Nicole Leach, and Poonam Sethi, to the firm.
Emily Overfield Daly is a member of the Litigation Services Department and resides in our Philadelphia office. Previously, she clerked for the Honorable Lisa M. Rau, Day Forward Team Leader at the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Emily is a 2014 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law and has a Bachelor of Journalism degree from The University of Texas.
Ben C. Fabens-Lassen resides in our Philadelphia office and is a member of the Litigation Services Department. He previously clerked for the Honorable Paul S. Diamond, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ben earned his J.D., summa cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2015, and has a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Nicole Leach is resident in our Philadelphia office and works with our Litigation Services Department. Prior to practicing law, she was a professional track and field athlete, sponsored by NIKE Inc., and she competed in various international track meetings. She recently competed in the 2016 U.S. Olympic trials. Nicole is a 2015 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Poonam Sethi is a member of our Litigation Services Department and resides in our New York office. Prior to joining Schnader, she practiced at a New York defense firm concentrating on premise liability and labor law. Poonam graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2014 and has a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Political Science from Rutgers University.
