Schnader Welcomes Partner Randall Hsia to Litigation Services Department

Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is pleased to welcome Randall P. Hsia as a partner in the Litigation Services Department, resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office. His practice focuses on criminal defense and internal investigations.

Hsia previously conducted investigations and prosecutions in the public sector for over 12 years with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He has won awards for his work from the Department of Justice and the FBI, and has significant experience handling a wide variety of complex matters, including money laundering, mail and wire fraud, tax crimes, frauds involving pharmaceuticals, debt collection and mortgage schemes, corruption, and sexual assault cases. Prior to law school, Hsia served in the United States Marine Corps as an artillery officer, where he reached the rank of Captain and deployed to Asia and the Middle East. He also trained active duty and reserve Marines and sailors in close combat as a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor.

A graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law and the University of Pennsylvania, Hsia is deeply involved in the community as an active member of Action Tank and the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation (veterans service organizations) and the Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Marutani Fellowship Program (which provides paid fellowships for Asian Pacific American law students to pursue summer internships in the public sector).
