On June 30, 2011 by Schnader in News

Barry E. Bressler, a member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy, Workout and Business Reorganization Practice Group, was quoted in the article, “Philly Orchestra’s Legal Fees Mount in Bankruptcy Case,” in The Philadelphia Inquirer on June 30. Court documents show the Philadelphia Orchestra Association has accumulated $682,568 in legal fees and other expenses associated with its bankruptcy petition in the first six weeks after the filing. The case is not expected to exit bankruptcy before the end of the year and Mr. Bressler¬†estimates “that the orchestra’s bankruptcy ultimately will cost it $10 million in professional fees.”
