Schnader’s Chief Diversity Officer Albert S. Dandridge, III Offers Comment on the 2012 Justice Sonia Sotomayor Diversity Award

Albert S. Dandridge, III, Chief Diversity Officer and chair of the Firm’s Securities Practice Group, nominated the Liacouras Committee for the 2012 Justice Sonia Sotomayor Diversity Award, which was presented to the Committee at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Quarterly Meeting on March 28, 2012. Members of the Liacouras Committee, appointed by then-Bar Chancellor Robert M. Landis, include Judge Paul A. Dandridge, Judge Clifford Scott Green, Ricardo C. Jackson, Peter J. Liacouras, and W. Bourne Ruthrauff. “I am very pleased to see these pioneers who opened the door for so many of us get the recognition they so richly deserve,” said Mr. Dandridge. The Justice Sonia Sotomayor Diversity Award publicly acknowledges, recognizes and honors an individual or entity that has demonstrated a strong commitment and made a substantial contribution to diversity and promoting full and equal participation and inclusion in the legal profession.
