Schnader’s Jeanne Schubert Barnum Appointed Co-Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Construction Litigation Committee

Jeanne Schubert Barnum, managing partner of the Firm’s Cherry Hill office and co-chair of the Firm’s Construction Industry Practice Group, has been appointed co-vice chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Construction Litigation Committee. More than 2,300 members belong to the Construction Litigation Committee, one of the fastest growing committees and currently the second largest substantive law committee within the Section of Litigation. The Committee strives to bring together litigators who primarily practice construction law and sponsors programs on various topics at the Annual Meetings of the American Bar Association, the Section of Litigation, and the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry. Ms. Barnum previously chaired the ABA’s Green Building and Renewable Energy Sub-Committee and will serve as co-vice chair for the Construction Litigation Committee until August 2014, when she will become co-chair.
