Schnader’s M&A Group Ranked in Legal 500 and IFLR 1000

The Legal 500 USA named Schnader’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice as one of the best for middle-market transactions for the fourth consecutive year. The annual publication applauds the group’s “strengths in the areas of insurance, environmental services, manufacturing, retail, technology, automotive and healthcare” and “experience advising public and private companies on domestic and cross-border transactions including M&A, auctions & divestitures, stock and asset deals, spin-offs, restructurings, LBOs and joint ventures.”

In addition, the IFLR 1000, an independent guide to the legal market, named Schnader’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice as one of the best in New York and Pennsylvania in its third annual statewide analysis of financial and corporate law markets in the United States.
