Schnader’s M&A Practice Ranked by IFLR 1000

The IFLR 1000, an independent guide to the legal market, has named Schnader’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice as one of the best in New York and Pennsylvania in its second annual statewide analysis of financial and corporate law markets in the United States.

The publication noted that Schnader’s middle-market M&A practice handled transactions across the U.S.  “Energy, waste, pharmaceuticals and technology were among the sectors that kept the firm’s M&A group busy over the past year.”  The guide also recognized partner Richard Satin.
