Schnader’s M&A Practice Ranked by IFLR 1000

The IFLR 1000, an independent guide to the legal market, has named Schnader’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice as one of the best in New York and Pennsylvania in its inaugural statewide analysis of financial and corporate law markets in the United States.

The publication noted that Schnader’s middle-market M&A practice “handled transactions across the U.S., including deals involving international actors.” The guide also applauded the group’s experience with the “transport, insurance, waste and technology” sectors. Schnader’s M&A Group, led by Megan Harmon and Sarah Hewitt, consists of 12 attorneys across four offices who work with sellers and buyers in all phases of the M&A cycle.

The IFLR 1000 ranks the world’s leading financial law firms. Rankings are based on interviews with law firms and clients and deal submissions from hundreds of law firms.
