Schnader’s M&A Practice Recognized by The Legal 500

The Legal 500 USA’s 2017 edition has named Schnader’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice as one of the best for middle-market transactions. 

The annual publication applauds the group’s experience in the insurance brokerage and environmental services industries, and also recognized its growing healthcare sector experience and wealth of cross-border transactions. The guide noted two major accomplishments: advising Archer A Associates, an insurance specialist company, on its sale to Assured Partners and its subsidiary Assured SKCG, and the team’s work for statement services and customer communication company Output Services Group in several acquisitions, including the acquisition of The Garfield Group, an advertising agency.

The Schnader M&A Group is led by co-chairs Megan Harmon and Sarah Hewitt, both of whom were noted in The Legal 500. Christian Moretti was also noted for his work on transactions involving Italy.

In addition to the Mergers & Acquisitions group, Schnader’s Aviation and Nonprofit Groups were highlighted by The Legal 500 for their exceptional work.
