Schnader’s Nonprofit Practice Recognized by The Legal 500 USA

The Legal 500 highlighted the breadth of the team’s practice, noting that it has been advising funds, religious organizations, sports associations and foundations on a range of matters. The publication also noted that the team is actively drafting a Pennsylvania statute related to provisions contained in the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act, which brings the law governing charitable institutions in line with modern investment and expenditure practice.
