Schnader’s Work Noted in 5th Anniversary of South Jersey Big Brothers Big Sisters Consolidation
On July 8, 2013 by Schnader in Mergers and AcquisitionsIn an article noting the fifth anniversary of the consolidation of two smaller entities into the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties, CEO Rob Jakubowski praised Schnader’s work assisting in the merger, guiding the agency through tax issues and conducting the work pro bono. The July 7, 2013 article titled “Five years after local mergers, Big Brothers, Big Sisters seeing success” appeared in The Burlington County Times. A similar article spotlighting the five-year anniversary appeared in The South Jersey Times.
Schnader partner Harris Neal Feldman serves on the board of directors for the Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties. Schnader’s Cherry Hill Office conducted a coat drive to support the nonprofit group between Thanksgiving and Christmas in 2012. The drive facilitated the donation of nearly 1,000 pounds of clothing to benefit the charity. The Cherry Hill Office will be conducting another drive in the fall of 2013.
