Stephenie Wingyuen Yeung Named to Schnader Partnership

PHILADELPHIA – Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP is pleased to announce that Stephenie Wingyuen Yeung has been elected to partnership. Ms. Yeung co-chairs the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group and is a member of the Litigation Services Department. She is also Director of the Litigation Support Group. Ms. Yeung is resident in the firm’s Philadelphia office.

As co-chair of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group, Ms. Yeung leads the firm’s work in counseling clients on issues of data privacy, including preparing privacy policies and procedures, and cross-border data transfers. A member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, Ms. Yeung’s practice ranges from protecting clients’ intellectual property through securing patent and trademark rights from the United States Patent and Trademark Office and technology transfer to protecting those rights through administrative proceedings, arbitration, and litigation in federal courts. Ms. Yeung is also a member of the e-Discovery Practice Group. In that role, she regularly counsels clients on e-discovery issues and manages e-discovery projects to ensure their efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ms. Yeung holds a CIPP/US credential (Certified Information Privacy Professional/US) and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). She is a member in the Philadelphia Chapter of Women in eDiscovery and the Asian American Women’s Coalition (AAWC). Ms. Yeung received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University. She also has a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) from Boston University School of Public Health.
