The Legal Intelligencer Notes Nofer Scholarship
On June 7, 2005 by Schnader in NewsThe Legal Intellgencer on June 7 noted that The Alexander Graham Bell Association for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing has established an annual scholarship in the name of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis senior counsel George H. Nofer for the study of law or public policy. The scholarship was established “in recognition of George H. Nofer’s service and generosity” and his contributions to the field of oral deaf education, according to the association’s board of directors.
For the past 50 years, Nofer has handled complex estate and trust administration, private foundations, estate planning, and fiduciary and individual income tax issues.
