J. Denny Shupe is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, an experienced trial attorney, a member of Schnader’s Executive Committee, and immediate past Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Services Department. Previously, he chaired the Firm’s Aviation Group and its Product Liability Group. His practice concentrates on representation of international, national, and regional companies in a wide variety of commercial, product liability, and business litigation matters.
Dennis R. Suplee has handled a wide range of civil litigation throughout his notable career, including mass tort cases, complex business disputes, antitrust litigation, CERCLA contribution cases, insurance coverage actions, patent and trademark infringement disputes, and product liability cases. He is a Fellow and past President of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Suplee previously served as Chair of the Firm from 1992 to 1998.
Saul Wilensky specializes in the defense of product liability lawsuits relating to design, manufacture and repair of products and services. He has been involved in several leading New York appellate decisions concerning swimming pools, punch presses, commercial food preparation equipment, FELA, automobiles, electrical equipment, printing equipment, commercial and household laundry equipment, aviation, ship design, waste disposal equipment, consumer appliances, asbestos, hazardous materials, toxic torts, and industrial hygiene. Mr. Wilensky regularly tries product liability and other complex matters throughout New York’s state and federal courts.
