On December 25, 2005 by Schnader in News

On December 25, 2005 Paul Titus was quoted in The Philadelphia Inquirer article “Rendell’s high court pick: A respected jurist.” The article discusses the background and qualifications of Judge Cynthia Baldwin as Governor Rendell’s nominee for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Judge Baldwin was nominated on December 17 by Rendell as an interim appointment to replace Justice Russell M. Nigro. Local lawyers commended Judge Baldwin for her “spark” and noted that she often isĀ  “bubbling with enthusiasm.” Paul, who knows Judge Baldwin well, said, “The appellate bench is a little more academic. She certainly has the intelligence to do it.”
