Wenner Quoted in “With Domino’s Lawsuit, New York AG Goes for Joint Employer Liability”

In Corporate Counsel’s May 25, 2016 article titled “With Domino’s Lawsuit, New York AG Goes for Joint Employer Liability,” Schnader partner Scott Wenner commented on this increased focus on joint employer liability.

“On one hand, they should understand that they have to protect their brand,” he says. “On the other hand, they also need to understand that by engaging in too much control they do run the risk of either an action like the one that the attorney general is bringing, or probably more likely actions by plaintiff’s attorneys who now see a more fertile environment within which to bring these actions.”
