Advanced Employment Law: What You Need to Know

Schnader’s Jo Bennett, Michael J. Wietrzychowski, and Samantha M.B. Demuren presented sessions at an upcoming seminar, “Advanced Employment Law: What You Need to Know.” The seminar was held on Tuesday, December 3, in Philadelphia, and was offered by the National Business Institute.

Bennett, a partner and co-chair of the Labor and Employment Practices Group, presented a session entitled, “FMLA Complications: Intermittent Leave, Termination and More.” She was joined by Demuren, an associate in the Litigation Services Department, for a session on “Internal Investigations and Attorney-Client Privilege: How it is Preserved or Refuted.”

Wietrzychowski, a partner and co-chair of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practices Group, presented two sessions, “Retaliation Claim Legal Strategies: Defenses, Counter-Suits and More” and “Ethical Issues in Employment Law.”
