Albert Dandridge Presented Course on Preparation of Annual Disclosure Documents and SEC Update

Albert S. Danridge, III, chair of the Securities Practice Group, presented a CLE course at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on “Preparation of Annual Disclosure Documents and SEC Update” on Monday, December 13. This presentation discussed the legal and practical issues related to the preparation of annual disclosure documents by public companies and the various disclosure requirements relating to proxy statements, Forms 10-K and annual reports. The seminar presented an understanding of the basics of preparing annual disclosure documents as well as practical advice on the procedures to prepare management’s discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations and executive compensation disclosure.
