Alice Sacks Johnston Presented at ABA Conference on “The Future of Automotive Asbestos Litigation”

Alice Sacks Johnston, chair of the firm’s Product Liability practice group, presented at the American Bar Association conference on April 6 in Phoenix, 2018 Emerging Issues in Motor Vehicle Product Liability Litigation. Her session addressed “Putting on the Brakes or Stepping on the Gas? The Future of Automotive Asbestos Litigation.” Johnston and panel members evaluated the current state of asbestos litigation, new theories, recent decisions, expert issues, and where the field is headed.
