On May 31, 2007, Carl Solano and Jennifer DuFault James taught a class on “Media Law” as part of a course on “Arts Management and the Law” presented by the Philadelphia Volunteers Lawyers for the Arts at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The course teaches students seeking a degree in arts administration about such issues as: liability for defamation and privacy; commercial appropriation of publicity rights; and, federal indecency regulations, as those issues relate to arts institutions.
