Bruce Merenstein Presents as part of Villanova Law School Appellate Practice Panel

On September 5, 2014 by Schnader

On September 5, Bruce P. Merenstein participated with two other appellate practitioners in a Villanova Law School presentation regarding appellate practice. The presentation was videotaped as part of a video series for students participating in the Reimel competition, an intra-school appellate advocacy tournament in which the students write a brief and present an oral argument before a panel of mock judges. The presentation included a discussion about effective appellate advocacy techniques and the differences between trial and appellate practice. The panel video is expected to be used for many years by Villanova Law School students participating in the school’s largest moot court competition.
