Schnader hosted “Campus Sexual Misconduct: Compliance, Prevention & Response” at the firm’s Pittsburgh office on Thursday, December 4, 2014. As regulators and stakeholders increase their scrutiny and expectations regarding the prevention and response to sexual misconduct, it is imperative that higher education leaders fully understand their compliance obligations and associated risks and opportunities. Experienced attorneys, administrators, and communication professionals discussed the prevention and response to sexual misconduct, including crisis communications.
Panelists included Schnader attorneys Rebecca Lacher and Pedro Ramos, co-chair of the Higher Education Practice Group; David L.
