The course examined the Chapter 11 process, from the plan phase to disclosure to confirmation under the amended Bankruptcy Code. Participants were provided step-by-step information regarding the Chapter 11 process for individuals and small businesses, as well as practice tips for navigating Chapter 11 for creditors or debtors. Eric taught the course at the Koppers Building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on March 28, 2007, and Barry taught the course at the CLE Conference Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on April 16, 2007.
