Lisa J. Rodriguez, managing partner of Schnader’s Cherry Hill office, is presenting a CLE session on “Class Actions: Perspectives on Key Issues” at the 2019 Annual Meeting and Convention of the New Jersey State Bar Association. The presentation covered key issues in modern class action practice, including the 2018 amendments to Rule 23, class arbitration, damages calculations, and ethical considerations.
Rodriguez focuses her practice on the litigation of class actions in the areas of securities fraud, antitrust, intellectual property and consumer litigation and other complex litigation in both state and federal courts. She also frequently briefs and argues appeals in both state and federal courts.
