CLE Session: Advanced Issues in Civil Practice – Judicial Review
On October 12, 2010 by SchnaderOn October 12, Bruce Merenstein was a faculty member and speaker at “Advanced Issues in Civil Practice – Judicial Review,” a continuing legal education seminar offered by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. The session offered professional insight and practical “tricks of the trade” with regard to civil practice in Pennsylvania, providing attendees with a better understanding of the nuances of civil litigation. The seminar also addressed and examined those sophisticated issues that could arise during a civil trial and provided attendees with practical advice from experienced attorneys and judges. Mr. Merenstein addressed “Asserting and Resisting Waiver Arguments on Appeal.” Other subjects covered included dispositive motions, issue preservation and non-judicial arbitration review.
