Barry Alexander and Joseph Tiger presented the webinar, “Covid-19 Liability in Aviation: Should we be Concerned?” on July 28, 2020. The course addressed the potential liability of airlines, charter operators, fixed based operators, aviation service companies, and their insurers, for passengers who contract the coronavirus as a result of transportation by air. The seminar focused on loss prevention and minimization of liability through proper efforts to protect passengers, documentation of those efforts, and an organized, macro-view of the handling of claims/lawsuits.
