Deena Jo Schneider moderated a CLE panel for the Council of Appellate Lawyers at the 2012 Appellate Judges Education Institute Summit, which was held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 and entitled “Making Your Appellate Position More Appealing: The Importance of Framing the Issues.” The four day program included presentations from scholars, appellate practitioners, and members of the judiciary.

The 2012 AJEI Summit was sponsored by the Appellate Judges Education Institute (AJEI), the Appellate Judges Conference of the American Bar Association’s Judicial Division (AJC) and by the SMU Dedman School of Law.
