Denny Shupe Gave Aviation Law Update at PBI Program

Partner Denny Shupe spoke on aviation law recent developments at a PBI program titled “Transportation Law Update” in Pittsburgh on April 6, 2016 and in Philadelphia on April 25, 2016, both at 12:00 p.m. The program included aviation law, rail law, and admiralty/maritime law updates. The aviation law panel on which Denny participated addressed topics including state and federal law claims, federal preemption, personal jurisdiction, removal to federal court, forum non conveniens and venue, pre-litigation discovery, spoliation of evidence, and unmanned aerial systems (drones). A maximum of four substantive CLE credits are available.

The Philadelphia program was held at the CLE Conference Center, Wanamaker Building, Suite 1010 in Philadelphia on April 25, 2016.
