EVENT DATE: November 11, 2021

On November 11, 2021, Denny Shupe participated in Veterans Week events at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He introduced the keynote speaker, Lieutenant General Stuart W. Risch, the 41st Judge Advocate General for the United States Army.

The Veterans Week agenda at the Law School had two primary goals – to honor veterans, and to create space for the Law School community to learn about military-related topics from their veteran colleagues and classmates.

Shupe is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and recently was selected as the first President of the Penn Law Veterans Alumni Association, which launched its activity earlier this year. A retired Air Force command and instructor pilot, Shupe served 23 years as an active duty and reserve officer, and is active in support of a variety of military veteran causes.
