On July 27, 2006, Judge Timothy Lewis participated on a panel along with three other current and former federal judges at the Texas State Bar Association, Intellectual Property Section, annual meeting at Squaw Valley in Lake Tahoe, California, discussing “The Do’s and Don’t’s of Trying a Patent Infringement Case in Federal Court.” The conference was attended by approximately 120 general counsel and private practitioners from Texas.
