Effective Advocacy in the Federal Appellate Courts

On November 19, 2004 by Schnader

Schnader partner Nancy Winkelman is the course planner for this continuing legal education program offering “a view from the bench.”

The program will feature a distinguished panel of judges from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and experienced federal court practitioners in both civil and criminal spheres who will discuss their views on effective and persuasive advocacy in the federal appellate courts. The course will address both written advocacy and oral advocacy at the appellate level.
