Enforcement Issues (at Fall 2006 SEC Hot Topics Institute)

On October 19, 2006 Albert Dandridge III was a faculty member for a seminar titled “Enforcement Issues,” part of the Fall 2006 SEC Hot Topics Institute, sponsored by RR Donnelley Capital Markets and West Legalworks and held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia. The program provided updates regarding executive compensation disclosures, securities offering reform and other recent changes in the SEC reporting system, as well as discuss the impact on issuers and their advisers.
