Schnader’s Family Law Department played a prominent role in “PA Divorce Code: Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow,” a CLE marking the 25th anniversary of Pennsylvania’s Divorce Code. Sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and co-chaired by Catherine McFadden and Mark Momjian, the CLE featured four panels of distinguished judges and lawyers. Al Momjian spoke on the divorce panel with the Honorable Emanuel A. Bertin of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas and the Honorable Stewart Greenleaf, chair of the Pennsylvania General Assembly’s Senate Judiciary Committee. Stephen Anderer spoke on the custody panel with the Honorable Susan Devlin Scott of the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and Professor Andrew Schepard, a family law professor at Hofstra University School of Law. Materials for the CLE were compiled by Meredith Brennan, Natasha Gonzalez, Lauren Sorrentino and Annmarie Lorenzen.
