Hon. Timothy Lewis Appears on MSNBC to Discuss President Obama’s Drug Offender Pardon Plan

His segment, moderated by guest host Ari Melber, discussed the House vote to ban funding for President Barak Obama’s pardon plan for inmates with lengthy prison sentences for drug violations. He appeared with MSNBC Managing Editor Dafna Linzer.
On the March 2, 2014, Judge Lewis appeared on MSNBC’s “Melissa Harris-Perry Show,” as part of a panel discussing criminal justice reform, including: overcriminalization, how the system defines crimes, rate of recidivism, voter disenfranchisement, and alternatives to sentencing. That panel included:
