Hon. Timothy K. Lewis appeared on the March 2, 2014, broadcast of MSNBC’s “Melissa Harris-Perry Show,” which focused on criminal justice reform. He will be part of a panel discussing overcriminalization, how the system defines crimes, rate of recidivism, voter disenfranchisement, and alternatives to sentencing.
