IP Issues in Digital Media

On August 31, 2006, Ron Ventola II spoke to a class of digital media majors at Drexel University. Ron provided an overview of the major categories of intellectual property law and presented some simple tips on how to conduct their professional practices to avoid creating IP issues, either between their employers and third parties or between their employers and themselves.
