On March 21, 2007 by Schnader

On March 21, 2007, Carl Schaerf and Saul Wilensky were presenters at the Annual Charles C. Pinckney Award Dinner and Meeting sponsored by the Defense Association of New York (DANY). The event was held at the Ritz-Carlton New York Battery Park Hotel.

Carl and Saul discussed “Is Anything Safe to Eat?-Defending Food Borne Illness Claims.”

DANY brings together attorneys and qualified non-attorneys in the State of New York who devote a substantial amount of their professional time to litigation matters and who primarily represent defendants in such cases. The association seeks to provide an exchange of ideas, techniques, procedure, and court rulings relating to the handling of litigation, and works to enhance the knowledge and improve the skills of defense lawyers.
