Jonathan W. Hugg and Benjamin D. Wanger presented a session on “Proposed Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g) and Discrimination As An Ethical Violation” at the CLE Institute of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Greater Philadelphia Chapter on August 7, 2018. Hugg and Wanger presented along with Adina G. Storch, General Counsel, Cedar Realty Trust.

This panel of law firm and in-house representatives discussed ethical implications and the possible impact of Model Rule of Professional Conduct 8.4(g), which the PA Supreme Court may adopt. The Model Rule makes discriminatory conduct by a lawyer an ethics violation.
