Justine Kasznica Explored “What’s Coming – New Regulatory Concerns” at the Space & Satellite Regulatory Colloquium

Justine Kasznica, chair of the firm’s Innovation Pratice Group, was a panelist at the 3rd Annual Space & Satellite Regulatory Colloquium on Thursday, October 23, 2014, in Washington, D.C. The afternoon panel, “What’s Coming – New Regulatory Concerns” focused on matters relating to property rights in outer space (on the moon, asteroids, and other celestial bodies) and export control reform. Discussion also covered intentional satellite jamming, the right of anticipatory self-defense, and potential regulatory responses to such issues. Ms. Kasznica was joined by Schnader alumn Del Smith on the panel.
