Karen Baillie Presented Seminar on ADA and FMLA Compliance

Schnader partner Karen Baillie presented a three-day certificate program in FMLA and ADA Compliance on September 14-16, 2016.  The program was hosted by HR Training Center. One full day each is devoted to the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.  The third day covers best practices and compliance with other leave laws.  The program included case studies on eligibility and administrative requirements and interactive exercises, such as analyzing reasonable accommodation requests.
